I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time to sign all the paperwork before my appointment. However, my name was called over an hour after my appointment time which was absolutely ridiculous. I proceeded to read the reviews and I immediately changed my mind about moving forward with my next visits.

I really want to give five stars, because Dr. NIck and his staff have been nothing but phenomenal. Unfortunately, when I brought in my 15 year old to get several teeth extracted due to having GERD and other medical issues that we've been battling since infancy, this man who calls himself Arnold was very unprofessional. He proceeded to make rude remarks to me and my teen about his GERD and weight issues. Mind you... this was all addressed with Dr. Nick at his consultation. And apparently, after the surgery, when we came back home and my child got to have some rest, he woke up and was telling me that he was never fully under when this man was saying things about child abuse and other inappropriate and uncalled for comments. I have never seen this man before, but Arnold was very unprofessional and I'm extremely upset to hear that my teenager, who already struggles with being self conscious about himself, be bullied and shamed for his chronic health issues. This is my only complaint. The rest of the staff and the doctor have been nothing but wonderful to us, but please never let Arnold be involved in anymore treatments. I still cannot believe the audacity of this man to shame a child l

I loved this dental office! It was our first time here and my experience was exceptional! The receptionist Danielle was warm and inviting and got us checked in. The hygienist, the Dentist, and all the office staff were very warm and proficient. They accept all types of Medicaid and Medicare. I'm so blessed we were referred here!

I had a great experience at my dental appointment today, thanks to Liv, the dental assistant. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big, genuine smile and was respectful and kind throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how much time she took to explain both the general process and the specific procedures for my treatment. She made sure I understood everything and made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Honestly, no one in my past dental experiences has ever shown that level of care or taken the time like she did. Liv truly went above and beyond, and it made a big difference. Thank you, Liv!

My experience here was amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Olivia Bruce. From the start, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every detail from the medications to possible cost ranges in a way that was clear, honest, and comforting. She didn’t just give information, she made sure I understood it, which helped me feel confident in my decisions. Her personality is so warm and genuine that I honestly felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. It’s rare to meet someone who is both extremely knowledgeable and so easy to connect with. The entire office was wonderful too. Mrs Pam at the front desk was welcoming and kind, and Dr. Nicholas was very friendly and relatable, making the whole visit stress-free. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, with every staff member smiling and creating a positive environment. I’m so glad I chose this office, but I especially want to recognize Olivia for making what could have been an intimidating experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable. She’s truly an asset to this office 🤍
